Consulting

The relationship between work and wellbeing is a dynamic interaction.

There is evidence that prioritizing wellbeing will increase the connection to work and shape how we all show up as individuals and as an organization.

Many wellbeing plans and practices are not fully integrated within the organizational values and strategy. Our feelings of wellbeing are influenced by the day to day interactions we have with ourselves, our colleagues, our leadership, our working environment and the jobs we have, instead of the weekly yoga classes, fitness funds, meditation app subscriptions - although those don’t hurt either.

We need wellbeing strategies that have depth, that see self-awareness, human connection, and belonging as core human needs, that allow people to thrive by feeling respected, heard, and valued within an organization.

Culture Design, Wellbeing, Equity, and Team Development

I help organizations build a people-first strategy, design cultures of trust and belonging and work with you to create opportunities for stronger team alignment and wellbeing. I run sessions and help teams create strategies focused on building:

  • Trust and connection

  • Purpose and values

  • Creativity and teamwork

  • Mental wellbeing

  • Equity and inclusion

Sessions can be stand-alone or integrated as part of your existing retreats or team activities.

Listening and reflecting to co-create a culture of wellbeing

For more in depth culture design work, we’ll start with a discovery meeting and a wellbeing audit to fully understand the dynamic of your existing team to better identify all the great things you are already doing and the opportunities that may exist.

This may include surveys, one on one conversations, focus groups to understand how present the culture of wellbeing is currently is and how that is supporting or hindering the impact you could be creating.

With our findings, we’ll design a plan that inspires deeper awareness, listening, reflection, communication, connection, safety, trust and collaboration. So many words, we know. We promise to keep it clear, accessible, and seamless so you can reconnect with what matters most - your purpose and vision for the world.

The strategy will incorporate regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and clear measurable outcomes to continue designing a healthy and equitable culture.
